Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your account or specific services at any time through your dashboard or by contacting our support team. Unless otherwise specified, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

2. Web Hosting

• Shared & Reseller Hosting: Cancellations should be requested before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges. Upon cancellation, your account data (files, databases, emails) will be retained for 14 days before permanent deletion. We recommend downloading a full backup before cancellation.
• Cloud VPS & VDS: VPS and VDS plans can be cancelled at any time. Data and snapshots are retained for 7 days after cancellation. Root access ceases at the end of the billing period.

3. Domain Names

Domain registrations cannot be cancelled once processed, as they involve non-refundable registry fees paid to third-party TLD operators. However, you may disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard to allow the domain to expire naturally at the end of its current registration term. Domain transfers to another registrar remain possible and are not affected by disabling auto-renewal with us.

4. Software Licenses

Software license subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. The license remains active until the end of the current billing period. Once cancelled, the license will not be renewed. IP address changes and license transfers remain available during the remaining active period. Archived license data is retained for 30 days after expiration in case you wish to reactivate.

5. WhatsApp & Email API Subscriptions

Messaging API subscriptions can be cancelled instantly from your dashboard. Access to the API continues until the end of the current billing period. Message history and configuration data is retained for 15 days after cancellation in case you wish to resubscribe. Cancellation stops all future billing — no further monthly fees will be charged.

6. UMVA TV Subscription

TV subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your access to all channels continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in the billing period. Cancellation stops future monthly charges.

7. UMVA AI Services

UMVA AI operates on a pay-as-you-go basis with no recurring subscriptions. You can stop using AI services at any time — simply stop sending requests. Remaining wallet credit does not expire and can be used for any other UMVA service at any time. No cancellation steps are needed for pay-as-you-go services.

8. UMVA Pay (Crypto Payment Gateway)

There are no recurring subscriptions for UMVA Pay. You can stop using the payment gateway at any time. API keys can be revoked or regenerated from your dashboard. Any unsettled balances will be paid out according to your settlement settings.

9. Virtual Cards

Virtual cards do not have recurring subscriptions. Cards are valid for 5 years from issuance with no monthly fees. You do not need to cancel a card — you can simply stop using it. Card details remain accessible in your dashboard for reference. If you wish to close a specific card, you can do so from your dashboard.

10. Marketplace Purchases

Digital product purchases from our marketplace are one-time transactions. There are no subscriptions to cancel for individual product purchases. Your download access remains available through your purchases dashboard.

11. IPTV API Subscription

IPTV API subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Channel URL updates and API access cease at the end of the paid period.

12. Lab Services & SEO Plans

Recurring SEO plans and subscriptions can be cancelled from your dashboard. One-time SMM orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once delivery has started. Work already completed (followers delivered, backlinks created) cannot be reversed. Cancellation of recurring plans stops future billing.

13. Account Closure

You can close your UMVA account directly from your dashboard settings. The account deletion button will immediately and permanently delete all your personal data, account information, and access to all services. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone. Before proceeding with account deletion, please ensure you have cancelled any active subscriptions and downloaded any important data you wish to keep. Financial transaction records may be retained as required by applicable law, but all other personal data will be permanently removed.

14. How to Cancel

To cancel a specific service:

• Log in to your UMVA dashboard
• Navigate to the specific service section (e.g., "My Hosting", "Active Licenses", "Subscriptions")
• Select the service you wish to cancel and click "Cancel" or "Disable Auto-Renewal"
• Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
